Ledesma's Motors is a family-owned automotive hobby and community operation based in Spokane, Washington, run by Eric and Leeland Ledesma. We are not a licensed commercial auto repair shop. All services are provided on a personal, community, and hobby basis.

We offer automotive assistance, consultation, and related services at our discretion. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any request for any reason. Any estimates or quotes provided are not binding contracts and may change based on the actual condition of the vehicle once work begins.

3. No Warranty

All services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, timelines, or results. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues that arise after service completion that are unrelated to our work.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. Payment is expected upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We reserve the right to require a deposit for parts or materials before work begins.

5. Authorization

By signing any service authorization document or verbally approving work, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to authorize work on it. You take full responsibility for that authorization.

6. Personal Property

Ledesma's Motors is not responsible for personal property left in or on vehicles during service. Please remove all valuables before dropping off your vehicle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ledesma's Motors and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services rendered or not rendered, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in us declining future requests. We also reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

9. Communications

By submitting our contact form or providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry or service request. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.

10. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.
